The 2024 Northam Art Prize opened on Friday, November 1st, with a packed Northam Town Hall showcasing an incredible display of creativity. The event attracted 174 artworks from artists across Western Australia.

This annual exhibition celebrates artistic excellence while honouring local talent through dedicated awards. A distinguished judging panel—Stephen Castledine, Robert J. McCaffrey, and Mikaela Castledine—carefully selected the winners from an impressive field of entries.

With over $10,000 in prize money generously sponsored by local businesses and the
Shire of Northam, this year’s winners included:
